Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement when possible. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return or replacement of the corked or flawed products.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 707.938.7001 for return instructions.
A restocking fee will be applied to all canceled, refunded orders, or returned.
Wine Club Shipping Orders
If you have a wine club order being shipped to you, please be sure the address is correct and be sure to be available to sign for the package. Our shipping carrier will attempt to deliver your package three times, and after the third attempt, it will return to our fulfillment center. There will be a Return & Restock Fee charged to your card on file for the cost of returning the package back to us. This fee will be the price of the shipping cost. If you would like for us to reship the returned package back out, there will be a Reship Fee charged to the card on file. This fee will be the price of the shipping cost. If the package is in transit but needs to be rerouted to a new address, there will be a $13 Reroute Fee charged to the card on file. For address corretion, or changes, there will be a $13 fee that will be charged to your card on file.

Wine Club Cancellation Policy
I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I understand that in signing I am committing to retain a Family First or a Tap to Table Membership for a minimum of 2 shipments or 4 quarterly charges. Early cancellations will result in a fee of $150 that the credit card on file will be charged. All cancellations must be given in writing.
We currently are not able to ship wine to the following states.
We currently have the following shipping options available, please be aware that weather conditions throughout the year may delay your package in transit. Each option has its own shipping rates applied. Shipping deals may be applied to your order, depending on the number of bottles in order. Purchasing 6 bottles qualify for half-off shipping rates, using Ground Preference. Purchasing 12+ bottles qualifies for shipping included, using Ground Preference.
Some reservations for the Winegarten require a deposit to hold your reservation. Failure to cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation will forfeit your deposit.
